Amy and her team are amazing. We have used them for multiple home purchases, bad tenants, good tenants, and deployments without incident. If you are looking for honest, professional feedback and support there is not another place to go. Unfortunately, we live in a society where one thing happens and people expect companies to solve their life problems with zero to minimal effort on their part. That’s not really how life works. Don’t walk run away if you’re considering using Carder for your property manager. We had to go through eviction with a tenant that they “qualified “. They don’t know how to qualify tenants. To my disgust after seeing the “credit report “ they accepted after the eviction, which looked like a home made spread sheet provided by the tenant. Who accepts that?? Come to find out they had previous evictions in the state they moved from. Which I’m assuming they never checked in to. But I did after the fact. 11000.00$$$ later and damages. First red flag tenant asked not to run credit check it would lower his credit. Second red flag problems with deposit funds clearing prior to move in.
