Recently looked At leasing multiple homes through this property management company the homes look amazing but no wonder they are still on the market. The receptionist I talked to was completely Misinformed on Washington’s fair housing act of laws regarding emotional support animals As well as going off only one person’s income when both people can clearly pay the rent on the home.

Unsure what is wrong with Ms. Diana... Does she not want to rent any properties out for a reason?? I believe in giving feedback to help businesses improve, and I hope this review encourages management to provide better training in customer service. A little kindness and patience can go a long way...

Called after being interested in a leasing a house, and I was told that I would not qualify because I have two ESAs. What the receptionist said is completely agains the FHA in Washington. Also, when getting more information about income, it was all based on my husband and never asked about my own income and employment.

Absolutely replulsed by the property manager I talked to on the phone this morning. She called me because I had interest in a home for rent. She called me and said she had a couple questions. She asked me what I do for work and I said I am a membership coordinator for a vet clinic. She then told me that my boyfriend and I would have to make 4500 separately and I said okay. She then said “ You make 4500 dollars by your self from home “ I then replied and said yes. She again said “ Are you sure you make 4500 dollars and what do you do from home” I then replied again yes and told her I was a membership coordinator for a vet clinic and I work from home. She then still began to argue with me and said “ well what exactly do you do” .. At this point I’ve alrwady told her 3 times and she is trying

Wouldn't rent to me because I moved in with a friend 5 months ago after three years of rental history - said I needed the past 6 months of history to be considered by this company. My income, credit score, and three years of rental history didn't matter. Completely absurd and inflexible policy. If that's how the treat applicants I can only imagine how inflexible they are with actual renters. Feel like I dodged a bullet by being 'rejected' - lol!
