Canyon Park Apartments

I have lived here for a few years and have always had the a pleasant experience with each member of the maintenance team. Mark just fixed my bathroom sink in a timely manner and was very kind and considerate! Definitely would recommend!

Don’t let the bad reviews discourage you from renting here. I’ve lived here for two years and I’ve had no issues. Management has been great with communication. The property is well maintained and maintenance has always been great with any issues I’ve had. Location is a bonus for my commute to work too.

We've only lived here a couple months and so far we have enjoyed it. My only problem is I felt like we were a little mislead. When we applied we were told rent was $1815 and carport was $35. When we went to sign a lease both amounts were higher than what we were told. I can understand pricing changes between when we put down money to hold the apartment and when we signed the lease, however they are still advertising the same floor plan for $1815.

When I first contacted them, they quoted me a price. Once I submitted an application and paid their nonrefundable fee, that price jumped $50 because they said they had to replace the carpet. So, I got charged an extra $600 over the course of my first lease because of something another tenant did. They also told me it would be ready March 5th. That turned into the 7th, then the 8th, 10th, and eventually I got into my apartment on the 13th after agreeing to go without one of my sliding doors and having a bedroom and bathroom door with holes punched into them. When I finally moved in, I had to re-clean the apartment because there was still sticky stuff on the cabinets, some black stuff growing under the sink and a weird smell in multiple places. I love it here. The best staff, everything is so good. Mark fixed some things that were needing to be fixed and, he did the best job. I really appreciated it.
