I loved living here, this has been my favorite apartments so far! All of my appliances were in great condition and anytime I had an issue, maintenance would respond in less than a day. There are no in unit washer/dryers, but there are 2 laundromats very close by. Rent and utilities were paid through the app, along with maintenance requests. The office managers are incredible, I highly recommend!
Slum lords, describes this place. No hot water for 2 months. Everything they do is illegal. Everyone who works for the management company is rude. Rent somewhere else!
They do not fix things in a timely manner, they over charge, and they say you didn't pay when you did.
This is a great place to stay.
Nice and quiet.
