Canyon House

We really enjoy living at Canyon House Apartments in New Braunfels! We made sure we toured lots of spots before making our decision, and we ultimately settled here because we got the most bang for our buck! Large living space, amazing community amenities, dog friendly, and amazingly helpful staff. Maddie was our leasing consultant, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, and that our puppy is comfortable as well. From our first tour with Maddie, to daily life and random questions she is always very happy to help us. We hope to stay here for a long time, and we have recommended Canyon House Apartments to everyone we know… even those we don’t know. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is so friendly and super helpful with the move in/application process. I love the apartments here, very spacious and pet friendly. Their amenities make life easier for sure. Maddie is such an angel and helped me and my 2 kids lock down the perfect place for us. The area is nice and very close to anything we need. 5 stars all around.

The staff at Canyon House Apartments are absolutely wonderful. Sierra truly stands out—she is always so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She consistently makes sure we are taken care of and goes above and beyond to make this feel like home. You can tell she truly values the residents and the community. We are so grateful for her and the entire Canyon House team. It’s a great place to live with people who truly care.

Living at canyon house has been great! Morgan and her team have done a great job responding to any questions or concerns I may have. I always look forward to the resident events and can’t wait for summer time to utilize the pool. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Living at Canyon House Apartments for two years, I am very pleased with my experience. The management and maintenance teams work diligently to ensure my accommodations exceed my expectations. I have the luxury of residing in a beautiful, spacious, reasonably priced apartment outfitted with top-notch amenities. I commend the management team of Morgan, Sierra and Maddie who are consistently kind and professional. I want to shine the spotlight on Sierra for recently helping my Mom with a technical issue. Mom claims she is computer illiterate so Sierra's patience and tech savvy were greatly appreciated. This trio of lovely ladies' genuine care and concern for their residents is awesome and apparent!
