Canvas Townhomes Morgantown

I am a single parent of a teenager. We have lived at Canvas for 2 years now. We really enjoy living here. Our townhouse is so spacious. We love having our own individual wall length closets and bathrooms. The bathroom off of the kitchen is so convenient. Anytime I submit a maintenance request it is solved that day or within 2-3 days if they needed to order a part. The management staff has always been great with communication and responses. They are always willing to develop solutions if we faced challenges. We love the game room/kitchenette area in the office. The gym is AWESOME especially compared to other apartment complex gyms. These town houses are incredible! We walked in and asked for a tour and they gave it to us immediately. Very friendly staff. Very clean and organized space. The town house itself was lovely and huge Will definitely be living here next year.

This place is amazing! The rooms are huge! The townhomes are really pretty, with great views too! It’s a great place to live because it’s quiet, it’s also been a great place to meet new people. The office is great at checking on you to make sure you’re doing well. Maintenance has also been great anytime I’ve needed them, they usually take less than a day to fix whatever is messed up.

This place is extremely overpriced ($1200 for a tiny 1 bedroom) and you definitely don’t get what you’re paying for quality-wise. They also took weeks to take care of a simple and urgent maintenance request (replacing the AC that had mold)! I can think of plenty of other apartments and townhomes to rent from in Morgantown that will be worth your money!

Emily was a great tour guide! She showed us around both 4br/4ba floor plans and told us about all the amenities offered. She was ready to answer all our questions, had a great experience overall.
