From my very first visit, preparing my paperwork, and seeing that my move in went smoothly and maintenance repairs have been addressed in timely way, Damien and Tim have exceeded my expectations. Warm and timely responses to myself and my observations of their interactions with other residents.

Meeting Damien at Canvas made my day. He was so friendly and really gave me his full attention. Sadly I make just a little to much to live there but if not I would have for sure stayed.

The apartment is modern and well maintained with natural lighting and lots of amenities. The area is peaceful and safe with everything I need close by.
