Canterbury Woods Apartments

The staff is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond. Very professional and friendly. The maintenance is always on their A - game. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and would live there again in a heartbeat.

This apartment is garbage do not move there!! the office peoples are fake they don’t know how to manage it’s leaking everywhere I called more than 5 times they don’t want to do it .please avoid this apartment don’t lease

Whenever I decided I was ready to move to Memphis, I knew I wanted to live in these apartments. It’s affordable and in a great part of town (in my opinion) so I was very excited when I finally applied. I got a call saying that I was approved about a week after submitting my application. I was told by the representative that I was going to receive a “welcome email” which would include all of my move in details. She went on a gave me the price of my security deposit and I told her ima wait to pay it once I received that email. (I HAVE to receive important information in writing especially involving a contract and anything financial). 3 days went by and I didn’t get an email, I even checked my spam so I called back to the office to verify they had the correct email address. We have been here a week. The apartment wasn’t quite ready when we moved in but they fixed the issues and everything in a timely manner. We did move into an apartment that was currently being renovated and we love it. The leasing agent Angelica is amazing. She has kept in contact with us from Day 1. I love our apartment. It is very quiet and peaceful.

I have been living here for three years and I absolutely love it here. The ONLY complaint that I have is in regards to maintenance response time and most of the time they come within a day or two of making a report.(They've just been a bit slow lately) That being said, I feel safe, the apartment grounds are always kept clean, I have incredible neighbors, covered parking, and EVERYONE in the office is respectful, pleasant, and extremely helpful! I most definitely will be sad to go when that time comes.
