Canterbury Apartments

First moving here it was amazing but the longer you stay the more it becomes complete chaos & hell. Me & my husband first move here in January & everything was all good until we started to go out more & coming home turn into spending 10min trying to find parking & when ur pregnant you don’t want to park far but that’s what happens unless you pay for parking. They say everyone only allowed two cars but that’s doesn’t seem like they actually keep that rule intact cause everyone that lives here owns about 3-4 cars & they all must park their cars in front of their complex so it makes it very difficult when you have a baby during the cold weather. The apartments are all cheap materials, we have had are door fixed & it only last a month before it started to jam again, my husband side of the cl

I love living here. The manager, leasing agent, and maintenance staff are awesome. Submit a maintenance request and the staff is right on it. Using the club house to meet friends while still unpacking. Going from a large home to a 1 br apartment is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle getting everything to fit but with helper shelves in t he cabinets it does. I love the full sized washer and dryer! The complex feels secure. I walk my service dog late at night and saw security drive through. It is quiet too. Highly recommend.

I love my new apartment and I am so happy here!! Kassidy Gee was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process!! Kassidy was on top of everything and great at staying in communication the whole time! Absolutely love her, very professional, hard working and caring. Danny and Tony are amazing best maintenance department always there to help me! They really love the residents and get to know them!! Danny has been my angel! Chuck has been caring, supportive and super helpful he is always on top of things makes sure everything gets taken care of! He cares about everyone that lives here! I am absolutely love living here and love my apartment everyone that comes over tells me how beautiful and cozy it is!! It’s quiet and spacious, love my neighbors!

Lived here for at least a year. Maintenance is always quick to getting things done and is always super nice. Katie in the office is also very nice and thorough with everything and very communicative. Would definitely recommend these apartments to family and friends.

I've lived here for nearly a year. The units are nice and updated, and parking is rarely an issue. Maintenance is prompt and communicative and the property manager Chuck is an absolute delight. Reasonably priced with minimal issues typically seen in apartments, I would definitely recommend this property.
