Kurt was an awesome landlord and super fair, very responsive, and just a genuinely good guy. Anytime we needed anything, he was quick to help and always made sure we were taken care of. The house was in great shape and felt like home from day one. You can tell he truly cares about his tenants, which made renting from him for 2 years a great experience. If you need a place in Colorado, Kurt is your guy!

I highly recommend renting with Candela. It is by far the best rental experience I have had. Kurt with Candela is wonderful to work with. Felt like we are part of a family. As a renter they were always responsive to every need that I had. I love that they take pride in their rental homes, and encourage the renters to care for the homes as well. All staff and contractors that work with Candela such as Jim for maintance, and the lawn companies are top notch. I will use them in the future for my own projects. We rented two different homes from Kurt with Candela Properties over the past 15 years, and he has been nothing but professional, kind, and responsive. Both homes were great and any issues were always addressed quickly. Every Christmas, he even stopped by with a box of chocolates—a thoughtful touch that showed how much he cared.
