If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Our experience with Canaan Builders was second to none. Having purchased several homes in our days, I can confidently say that this was by far the best. It all started with Eric Hensley, the owner, who intently listened to our needs from the very beginning. His genuine care and attention set the tone for what would become a seamless and enjoyable experience. Every customer service request was handled with the utmost professionalism and in a timely manner. Our Customer Service Manager, Tommy Martin, made us feel like family with the way he addressed our concerns, always making sure we were satisfied.
