Very unhappy. I helped my daughter move out in May; we left the place super clean, much cleaner than when she moved in. We were still charged $200 cleaning fee, taken from the security deposit. We were also charged $90 painting fee. I was informed all 4 girls were charged the same amount. That’s $800 for cleaning and $360 for minor paint repair-outrageous when you consider the state of the apartment upon move in the previous August! This is a scam. When I tried calling, I got a recording saying the number was unavailable. I tried multiple times, finally getting voicemail. They responded by email, with photos of minor paint damage that could have been taken in any apartment. My son rented apartment and we signed the lease without looking at it. The place given to him was beyond filthy, it took us days together cleaning and paying professional cleaners hundreds of dollars (one cleaner quoted 800 dollars ) to clean, to be able to breath some air in their. Water was leaking from the roof, they got it fixed after complaining. Left the place way cleaner than my son moved into. Now they are charging enormous amount just for cleaning.

Before moving in to our rented property we were told it would be cleaned. Upon moving in the place was absolutely disgusting. We were missing a bathroom door, a ceiling fan, and a few of the doorknobs were about to fall out of their doors. Since then we have lived here for about 9 months and some of these issues STILL have yet to be fixed even when we ask. On top of this we are constantly harassed by campus properties about leaving chairs and coolers outside which they threaten to throw away and in some instances have already thrown in the garbage. We have also been threatened with fines for things completely out of our control. Awful service, filthy properties which are disgustingly overpriced, and owners who look for any excuse to squeeze extra money out of ur pocket. from the first day we moved the house was so dirty it was almost unlivable and that was after paying a 500$ Per person cleaning fee. Doorknobs were hanging off, the floors turn ur feet black because they have never been cleaned, and we were missing multiple doors. Save urself the trouble there are way other companies with way better prices and owners.
