Campos Properties

I've been renting with Campos Properties for almost 4 years and they have been pretty amazing. Nancy and Erin are both very friendly and approachable. I like that it's a family run and owned business. The maintenance requests usually get responded to literally same day or the next, depending on what time you submitted the request. Would recommend to anyone looking for housing.

Been renting with campos for 3 years its been a nightmare water heater was broken for six months flooding my back room and they sent there maintenance guy out which has no knowledge on water heaters so he was no help i told him the water heater needed to be replaced but it was as if he wanted to save the company money because he never found the problems and looked like he didn’t know what to do he came out here about 7-8 times within a month and the water heater was still flooding my room. Eventually they had to replace the whole thing. Maintenance guy said he would throw away the other water heater is been here for months. Great rental company. Fair practices with the deposit, fixed everything they were notified about with a great handyman, and even provided a lightning fast rental reference a year after move out

The maintenance man is incredible rude and confrontational. The people in the office don’t care either, they are super slow at responding and handling problems. The complexes are also disgusting.

I've lived in a Campos property for the last 2 years and they have been great. They have a quick response time for maintenance and the office staff are very kind and helpful.
