Campbell Homes at Cordera

This is our first home build and our retirement home. Campbell Homes offered our dream home and it was right in the middle of our budget. Their standards are other builders upgrades. I love that you can get a finished basement whereas you have to pay for that as an upgrade with others. Rhoda and Kelsey are very professional and extremely helpful anytime we have questions. They are quick to respond and very upfront with advice and recommendations. They are very well networked in the community and even helped us meet our neighbors prior to starting our home build. The entire Campbell Homes Team have been terrific. You could not have asked for a better group of Professionals who are on your side and work hard for you. Where to begin? Rhoda and Kelsey are so helpful and accommodating. Aside from how much we loved the Campbell home models, they are so genuine; and that is what made us choose them as our builder. Our family has used other builders. We could not be happier with the whole process. Campbell used ver high end finishings compared to other builders. Our experience with the building process was great up until we got ready to sign the paperwork. After signing, the company has been subpar and a pain to work with. 8 months after closing and we are still waiting for major concerns to be addressed.
