Camden Preserve Apartments

After a little over a year of living at Camden Preserve I can confidently say that I love it here. The apartment was in great condition when we moved in, the staff has been nothing but amazing and the amenities like the pool area and gym are always pristine. The gym could definitely have some more equipment but its enough to get a good workout in. The community is fairly quiet and I have had no issues with neighbors. Location is great as well. Any time I have put a maintenance request in they have responded quickly and made sure the issue is resolved, shoutout to Edwin who is so helpful!!

Overall great experience ever since my first tour with Jon in 2024. During the year and a half of living there, Jon was always quick to respond and very personable. As a previous homeowner, I was impressed by the response time of Alex and his maintenance team. They do a great job of upkeeping the property and serving the tenants. Thanks CR team for making the move to Florida a positive one!

Kaylee was outstanding throughout my lease renewal process. She was proactive in reaching out, clearly explained what to expect, and followed up after the renewal was sent to make sure everything was squared away. She responded quickly to my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She also helped me secure an open reserved parking spot without any hassle. Overall, excellent communication and customer service from start to finish. 5/5.

Update August 2025. Still at Camden Preserves and very happy. I have been here for almost 3 years now. The maintenance team are the top best I have ever had while living in an apartment for the past 8 years. They keep the recyclable bins organized and keep all of Camden in top shape. The pool area has been updated with new paint and furniture and grill area updated. Each year they tram trees, and update and repair things needed each year to maintain and it has helped minimize damage after hurricanes. This is in a great location and close to the base and St Petersburg where I frequently go. I just reported a couple of issues and they responded within the first 24 hours to help fix and repairs have already been done. . So very pleased.

Beautiful place to stay. Jon took me on a tour of Camden Preserve. Loved it, and Jon did an excellent job 👏 with all questions and giving me the layout of the area.
