Camden Bay Apartments

Update: Was charged and paid a move in cleaning fee as well as a security deposit only to arrive to an unsatisfactory apartment. Dirty worn out carpet and nasty mold covered windows. I was given guidance by office staff to put in maintenance work orders to remedy the issues, which was done only to be cancelled by maintenance staff! I withheld my disappointment with the both the outside and interior maintenance of building hoping it would be addressed. Apparently the management team think with being autistic they can disregard concerns. Had to update review . The property is always clean, with beautiful landscaping and well-maintained grounds. The management team is excellent — all service requests are handled quickly and without delays. You can really feel that they care about the residents, which makes living here comfortable and stress-free. A great place to call home!

I would not recommend Camden Bay to anyone considering a move here. Our experience went downhill fast and never recovered. It started with no air conditioning in August—in Florida—for over a month. Living without AC in peak summer heat is not just uncomfortable, it’s unacceptable. Maintenance delays were constant, communication was poor, and urgency was nonexistent. Then, to make matters worse, my car was stolen from what is advertised as a “gated community.” Security clearly did not match the premium price tag they charge for living here. Finally, the move-out process was the last straw. We were hit with nearly $600 in move-out fees, many of which made no sense. While we understand reasonable charges, we were billed for things like “trash removal”—despite being 100% certain the apartme

5 stars to Camden bay. Thank you to the leasing office team, all of the technicians that have ever stopped by to our apartments, and Steven. You are all extremely kind, compassionate, and considerate of each person that walks in the front door. My family and I are so thankful for your help and attentiveness to our questions and needs. We are happy to live in this community! Thank you Steven for always being there for us even in emergencies, hearing our worries and seeing our tears. As now a family of 4 we are happy to renew for another year. Thank you all!

I have been living at Camden Bay for five years and I have no complaints. I think people drive too fast but that has everything to do with the residents not the service personnel. Maintenance has always been prompt, reliable and ever so helpful. Jim recently came and replaced the batteries on my door lock. Didn’t even have to request it … forward thinking on their part. Also had my front door scraped and repainted. It makes such a difference.
