Cambridge Park Apartments

I love living in Cambridge Park Apartments. I moved to North Carolina from New York in 2019 and was searching for a place that was affordable, had modern amenities and fixtures in the units, plus a safe community. I got all that at Cambridge Park. Everyone here is friendly. Come January, it will be a year that my family and I have been calling Cambridge Park Apartments home, and I have no complaints. The staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. The maintenance guys are also very good at what they do. I put an order in the morning, and within five minutes, I get a confirmation, and it's fixed before the end of the day. I moved here in July of last year and I absolutely love it here! The entire staff is amazing including Manny and his team. They always handle the maintenance requests quickly. Everyone is pleasant here. 10/10

Had a flooding issue that affected not only my apartment but the entire building come up late one night. It was a hectic situation but I was very impressed with how the maintence responded. They stayed up late cleaning the apartments, they even trusted me with their commercial fan to dry up the water in my flat. The admim team even came into my apartment to offer to help clean up. I've leaved here 8 years (back when they were called crowne apartments) and I was just so happy to see the team is stronger than ever over the years.

Where do I begin....From the first phone call with Tori, I knew that Cambridge Park was where I wanted to call home! Our process was a little unique as everything was done remotely due to our relocating a few hours from home. Tori made the process seamless and was always available for any of my questions. All of our community neighbors are incredibly friendly and it's one of those places where everyone smiles, waves, and knows you by name. There is no where else I'd rather be than Cambridge Park. We even have forest neighbors who come and say hello 😁.

After 4-5 years this community continues to be a warm welcoming place to live. Reason I’m not giving a five is rent is steadily increasing with each new lease. I jumped 300 from one lease to another. Overall great.
