Cambridge Apartments

I currently stay on the property the landlord is very nice. When it comes down to things I need fixed he moves pretty fast to get it done . I have read some of the other reviews about how nobody hits back and how long they have been waiting. HONESTLY ITS BECAUSE ALOT OF US HAVENT MOVED ...many have been here 8+ years . So no It's not discrimination I've been waiting on the waiting list for 5 years ...before I even got here ...in total there are probably on 15 apartments TOTAL ..

This place sent a deny letter within 3 days of me sending my application and never gave me a refund of my application fee. If my credit is a problem that should have been notified that they go by credit. I haven’t lied on my application about anything and I do not have any evictions so there should be no reason I’ve gotten denied so fast but reading these reviews I wouldn’t want to move here anyhow. They have RATS?!!🤢 I’ve already came to the conclusion their are discrimination going on here. I’m so glad I’m in law school and I never tell anyone. I love to see people giving me a easy case to sue them over with. Everyone isn’t blind to what goes on around them. I can only imagine how many others experienced what I have and didn’t know better.

Cambridge apartments orangburg rd summerville sc my apartments was infested with rats n rats done bit a big hole behind my stove they had holes n doors to enter the apartment landlord did nun about it when i told her. My bathroom also had black mold growing in upstairs bathroom on walls and around the tub she told me to pour bleach on it will go away it went away for day or two n came rite back nasty place to stay

They don’t fix anything me and my daughter have been in a hotbox for a month now bc they don’t want to fix the AC unit we have been through many landlords and maintenance in a year it’s just ridiculous currently looking for a place to stay now

The worst complex ever ! Nosey neighbor always worried about what you got going on in your household just wanna know your know all your business!!! I will not recommend
