Californian Fountain Apartments Huntington Beach

Maintenance people is being using the Air blower and lawn machine for almost 5 hours nonstop, just outside of my apartment, from 8am to who knows for how much longer, it's almost 1pm and the noise is extremely loud! so annoying!!!, there is people working night shifts, trying to work from home, and babies trying to sleep. I try to call the apartment office but no one picked up the phone, I called noise complaints and it went directly to voice mail. I hope we can fix this issue soon!

Shout out to the maintenance staff! Ticket was taken care of immediately. Great place to live.

I lived in the California apartments for a year and two months, and I consistently had issues with hot water in the shower. The kitchen was in terrible condition, and I could hear everything happening in my neighbours units. I take pride in being a clean person, yet I was charged over $1,200 in fees after moving out. It seems like they profit by taking advantage of residents and fabricating stories to withhold deposits. Additionally, my car was vandalised in their parking lot, and my catalytic converter was stolen. (Payed over 3 thousand dollars) There are no security cameras in the complex or outside of it, they did nothing to assist me in locating the culprit. I have been a tenant here for two years and thought that it was about time that I shared some thoughts about the folks that run it. I spent most of the last 30 years that I worked managing and/or opening resorts here in California, Colorado and Montana and Hawaii so I have a bit of experience with folks that work in the hospitality industry and I assume that management of a 200 plus apartment complex fits into that category. Every member of the staff here has not only been good at their jobs but has been warm and friendly. They say hi when they see you and they deal with any issues that you have come to see them both efficiently and happily. I tend to blame all of this niceness and efficiency on the manager, Priscilla Martinez. She is great at dealing with whatever problems or issues

Really love this community on the outside. Inside is cute but very dated. Please beware if renting a 2 bedroom, the leasing office will tell half truths about parking. You will not get 2 parking spots only 1 that is assigned and the other is first come first serve with only 4 open spots for many many units. You will never get one. Your only other option is street parking which isn’t very safe if coming home late at night. Seems like a minor issue but trust me the parking around this community is a nightmare. There are many other communities in the area to select from.. I wish the leasing office was honest with us.
