Speaking only of the management company, I've had nothing but the most responsive, timely communication regarding all maintenance requests. They are very good at fixing what needs fixing and upgrading when necessary. CalOaks has a great crew from bottom to top.

Management was great. Jill does a great job as onsite property manager. If a 2 bedroom was available at the time I would have stayed with this management. Area is well kept, if you have any issues and need a repair they respond soon as you message them. I was there for 6 years. I’m at a new property and I see the difference right away.
