We first had Glenn build our home 8 years ago. It was such an easy experience with him. He made sure all the work was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. He listened to us and what we wanted. He really made our home exactly how we wanted it. We were so pleased with him, we had him finish our basement this past year. Again, Glenn was always responsive to our needs and making sure the job was getting done in a professional manner. We would highly recommend Glenn over and over again for building your entire home or remodeling/addition needs.

Glen was professional and prompt to get back with us with questions. I was pregnant and we were building right in the middle of Covid so it was understandably stressful, but his calm demeanor helped to ease my worries. Even with difficulties in obtaining a few supplies due to Covid, Glen worked hard to make sure that our house was completed in a timely manner. Overall, we would highly recommend Cain Built homes. He actually lives in our neighborhood and has built many of the homes here. I think this speaks to the quality of homes that he provides.

After three years of ownership of a brand new home built by CBH, I’ve had to repaint the the entire first floor (they used ceiling paint with a tint rather than wall paint. Needless to say it didn’t hold up), I had to spend thousands of dollars on replacing part of the driveway because no rock or wire mesh was used to strengthen the concrete (huge cracks), and I had to reroute some of the down spouts to prevent standing water and washing out of mulch from landscaping beds. We paid a premium price for a home that was built with so many corners cut, I could write a book.
