I’ve lived here for about five years and have had a great experience overall. DaVida has been an excellent leasing agent—always fair, professional, and very helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Corey has also been great at making sure issues are handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear the staff genuinely care about the residents and work hard to keep things running smoothly.

Maintenance came to fix my sink and they were quick, which I appreciate. However, he used my personal kitchen knife to unclog the sink and then used my Instant Pot stainless steel insert to catch a leak under the sink. Had he asked, I could have provided an appropriate container. I even unclogged the sink myself to avoid him using my knife. Using personal food-related items without my consent felt unhygienic and inconsiderate. Be safe and be aware of handling of your personal items I had a very negative experience with a front office staff member (I believe her name is Davida). I’ve been a resident here since 2023, and it’s truly felt like home. Corey, Davida, and Jenny have always been helpful and professional, and maintenance is quick to respond when needed. The property stays clean, and I’ve always felt comfortable and safe here. After three years, I can honestly say it’s been a solid living experience.

I have always had the best experience here. The time I walked in door you can tell that this is a great place to live. It looks clean and smells great. Davida helped us. She is always very welcoming, informative, and very professional. I appreciate Davida for resolving my issues (with a smile) and making us feel heard. Always fells like home here.
