Received a tour from the property manager who was very accommodating and professional. The property was very well kept, clean, quiet. The amenities were great which was a big selling point for us. We needed to make sure we found a really great place to live since we are relocating from Georgia. We have toured several properties in the area but this one stands out to us the most! Overall we got really great vibes from the staff and the property and can’t wait to move in!

My 92 year old father moved there after his wife of 67 years passed away. He was so excited to move there and was an excellent tenant, always paid his rent on time, very friendly to everyone. After a year it was becoming apparent that his health was starting to fail and he would need to move to an assisted living facility. I went into the office (I am on his lease as a co-signer, never lived there)and told Kara that dad would be moving out the end of March. He was getting ready for a major surgery with a rehab stay and then coming to live with us until the room at the assisted living facility was available. She wrote what I told her on a yellow sticky note and said she would let the manager know. Fast forward 6 weeks later, we are moving my father out and I get a nasty email accusing

I just moved in this week. I have rented for almost 20 years and this was the smoothest process I have ever had! Kara made everything seamless! Best decision I have made to move here. It’s quiet yet convenient to get to any store and work.

I've been living here for about 8 months and I love this complex. The pool is nice and maintained, gym is an average gym for an apartment complex, I like the layout as it's cozy but still provides privacy and the units are a heck of a to more spacious than some other apartments. As far as management, the maintenance team has been quick to respond to any tickets and the front office is always happy to answer any questions. With any business, I'm sure there have been individual issues but as someone who has moved a lot over the years and to many complexes in multiple states, This has been one of the best.

Since CapStone has taken over you can notice the quality of the neighborhood going down.. Quickly… No background checks, no credit checks to apply. Which means standards dropped. They are allowing smoking on the property. It smells like weed often. It has literally turned into a “free for all” around here. Still semi quiet but I see it changing in the next few months to come.. I am sad to say as a long term resident I will not be renewing my lease and moving elsewhere because of this. Ownership has made a huge mistake taking on Capstone as their new property management company. Willow Bridge at the very least kept things in order. It is very upsetting.
