Would not recommend. We were baited and switched into providing free professional cleaning of the house before leaving and a free interior paint touch up. Then they hired more cleaners and took that out of our deposit on top of it. Not honest people, would avoid renting from if you can. Only charge that made sense was to replace the door that had a dent. We knew we would pay for that one, as it was our responsibility to do so.

When my husband got that awesome promotion 3 States away from our friends and family we were elated and apprehensive. I scoured rental agencies comparing reviews, listings, neighborhoods, crime ect. I recently witnessed an extremely unprofessional showing experience conducted by Byrnes. A woman had a scheduled appointment 9/10/25 around 3:30pm to view a rental property. The property manager not only arrived late but immediately ignored the individual with the confirmed appointment and instead approached another party who was standing outside. That party confirmed they did not have an appointment, yet they were given full attention while the actual prospective tenant was brushed aside. When the woman tried to clarify that she was the scheduled appointment, the property manager briefly acknowledged her but continued to engage almost exclusively with the non-appointment party, even laughing off the reminder that showings were by appointment only.
