Burlington Apartment

If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon move in, my apartment was never cleaned and my washer, dryer, sink, oven, shower and bathroom were not functional for 9 days. I have been here for 7 months after and it has been a nightmare. Maintaince request are never responded to or handleded. Management has no idea what they are doing, legitimately I should have hired an attorney. Do not ever rent with this company. Horrible management or honestly non existent. Dog poop also goes unpicked up and packages are stolen more and more and nothing is done to prevent any of this. Holding onto my important pictures, but hope this helps.

I loved my apartment and didn't have many issues while I lived in my studio apartment. But they charged me a lot of money upon my move out even though I left nearly no damage besides a cabinet door that my cat chewed on. So be warned. Wonderful apartments but they will charge hundreds of dollars for move outs even if damage is minimal. I was charged $177 for "wall repair and painting" for a studio apartment. I had some small nail holes and a few paint chips from some decor items. Nothing that I'd expect to cost almost $200. Luckily some of my deposit covered some items. Their move out policy seems to be pretty strict.

decent living but no cameras or anything so beware of ur packages. lost 800+ in stolen packages.
