Brynwood Apartments

I am going to try to be as fair and honest as I can. We have been living here for 2 years now. The first two years, we lived in a 2 bedroom apartment, and since a month ago, we have been living in one of their townhouses. First, the apartment: It was a great experience. I would rate it 4/5. It was clean , nice neighborhood, maintenance was great too. Whenever we had a problem, whether big or small, issue was fixed within a week. We even got a new dishwasher within a week of our old one breaking down.The only downside was the heating panels. They aren't very efficient and heating cost us about $200 per month in an 1,100 sqft apartment. Second, the townhouse: Just recently, about a month ago, we moved into one of their townhouses. I would rate our townhouse experience here as a 2/5. Plus
