During my holiday visit with my mother, I learned that this community is transitioning to a new management company. I initially wondered why inspections were happening frequently, but it’s standard when a property is sold. Buyers often conduct multiple inspections to ensure everything is up to code and to avoid major repair issues later. These inspections are ultimately for residents’ safety and I appreciate that as my mother is here alone. Regarding payment concerns, I would recommend contacting or visiting the office directly. They are better equipped to resolve issues than a public review. I accompanied my mother to the office and, despite the transition, the staff was professional, welcoming, and handled the situation with care. Transitions can be challenging, but overall the team is d

My family has lived at the Bryant at Summerville for almost 6 years. We enjoy the convenience of living here, especially the location. It’s great if you need to be right next to the interstate for work, etc.. We have been under new management recently, and I’ve noticed the new website states that there is a playground on the property, but there’s absolutely no playground. That’s a false advertisement. We have a cemetery next to the dog park, where the homeless folks often cut through from where they pitch their tents in the woods behind the complex. The Bryant cannot do anything about the homeless folks. There’s so many kids in this complex, a playground really should be built. So that the kids who throw/kick balls onto the garages don’t end up busting someone’s windshield. I’ve noticed

I have lived here for over three years and have noticed a change since the new management--not that it was ideal before, but the experience has definitely gotten worse. The new property managers are incredibly militant about handing out fines for minor infractions and slapping on hundreds in fees for being a day late on rent. I have lived here over three years and I was late once on rent due to a mix-up with the online payment system (they took it down without offering an online alternative and then reinstated what appears to be the exact same online payment system the next month)-- I received a notice threatening eviction the next day. Rent is up, meanwhile the apartments are still mostly the same dated fixtures/appliances/carpet from the 2000s, and they removed the service requests from

Bad experience with staff when I moved in they have since changed staff and seems better. But another "random inspection" 4 in 2 mths seems excessive. I don't know if ownership is changing hands and trying to inspect everything thoroughly but it just seems like a lot. Single father who enjoys my familys privacy. Side note maintenance is exceptional. So now they just changed ownership and they're changing apps and I paid my rent early and leave money in the app so they changed apps now my money is missing and I have to pay another month's rent until I found out where my money is call the office and they know nothing

One of the most frustrating parts of living here has been the constant "inspections". In less than two weeks, management has entered my apartment twice. These aren’t emergency repairs or urgent issues. Just routine, non-essential walkthroughs that feel excessive and invasive. It’s hard to feel truly at home when you’re constantly anticipating the next time someone will be entering your space. I signed a lease expecting privacy and peace, not frequent interruptions and a revolving door of staff coming in and out. I understand the need for maintenance and property upkeep, but the level of access being exercised here feels unnecessary and intrusive. It’s made it difficult to settle in or feel comfortable. If privacy and personal space matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
