The broker I worked with was very polite but my experience with him at the end was not a good one. I managed to sign a lease for an apartment in Kingsbridge, security deposit, rent and broker fee paid.....only to be denied the apartment at the very last minute because the broker failed to disclose information about my pet (I have made my pets information very clear on multiple occasions). He then found another apartment which accepted my dog breed and scheduled a viewing soon after, I went to view the place, was greeted by a different agent, he arrived late, had tons of excuses, and a few days later I was given a story about how "they" thought he was one renting the apartment and he realized they had their own agents (which is bad business according to him).
