UPDATE: NO CHAGES STILL & have not heard back from management AFTER speaking with them almost a week ago!! VERY UNHAPPY! I currently live here. The staff are friendly and a pleasure to speak to whenever I cross paths with them but recently they appear to be burnt out and stretched thin which is why I am choosing to publicly address this versus bringing this additional stress to the office in hopes that someone in upper management sees this and can deal with it as they see fit. I have never seen such a disgusting and unsafe place before in my life. There is literally a MOUNTAIN of trash inside the complex. I asked a resident walking by about it before heading in for the tour, and they told me that this has been an issue for multiple months. After this, I just turned around and got in my car, prepared to leave, when there was a literal drive-by shooting that happened at the complex. I am so glad I did not choose to go inside to tour, and I feel so bad for the people who signed a lease here thinking these were nice apartments. There no accountability from office staff. I was told once unpaid for December I was done and then for a bill in January saying I still owed. The hidden fees are outrageous . Yes there are hidden fees. The list they give you is minuscule at best and a horrible example of what to expect. I’ve included pictures of my ledger for reference. I was rarely if ever home and my water and trash were through the roof bc “it’s averaged between like apartments” allegedly. The trash is always piled up outside the compactor door. Parking is horrible, non-handicapped people parking in handicap spaces and nothing is ever done about it. Packages were stolen all the time. Live here if you must but I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I love the apartment, the apartment is so clean and the ladies that work in the leasing office is so smart. if you have any problems in your home and you talk to the office they fix it on time, and if you come in the office they take the time to listen and understand me. They call and text me for updates and everything, this place is amazing!

I have recently applied for these apartments due to me starting a new job closer to this apartment complex and I was attempting to make my life as simple as possible but from the OFFICE STAFF, to making the whole applying process a total nightmare, to never answering the phone to talk to anyone, this has been one of the worst experiences in my life. The only thing that is even positive is the look of the property. No wonder why you all have a 3.7 rating! DO BETTER!!!!!!! And you owe me 200.00.
