My family and I cannot begin to tell you all the blessings and friendships, that came out of working with The Brock Thompson Real estate team, but I am going try…. This was a journey that started nearly 3 yrs ago as we were planning to grow our family and knew that we needed more space. John Castiglioni, from the Brock Thompson Real estate was already our neighbor and friend and from the beginning there was no question that he should be our realtor. In working closely with John and being honest about what we needed/wanted for our family in our new home, budget, land etc. we realize that in the current market we were looking for Sasquatch riding a unicorn all while farting fairy dust, But John was undeterred! 2 yrs and maybe 50 showings, it could have been 100 or a 1,000 … we lost count.

John has been our agent for the past few years, patiently and persistently helping us find our dream home. We’ve spent many weekends touring open houses but John knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t stop looking for us, didn’t let us give up on our list of must-haves, and at last we got it!! John was professional, always approachable and accessible, and when a house didn’t work out he always had another option for us to keep moving forward until we found THE one. John stayed with us every step along the process and even reached out to us afterward to make sure we were happy. And we are, we really are- thanks to John and his determination and resourcefulness!
