Broadmoor Springs

I just recently move in over a month ago! So far, I am extremely happy! The property is nice and clean! Inside my apartment the appliances are up to date! Love, that there is a deck and two air conditioning units ! Enjoy that it is quiet as well! The property manager Heather is exceptional! Nicest person ever! Only had to contact maintenance due to something I did, he came the same day! He also was extremely friendly and exceptional !

I have lived in several apartments in my life and not many have made me feel as at home as Broadmoor Springs. From tour to move in to today I felt like I knew where I was at in the process and welcomed. The management has been great and very responsive and maintenance is on top of issues (not that we’ve had many). The residents are respectful and most take the opportunity to get to know you which is also rare these days. Amenities and incentives are plentiful and you will easily be able to make this place home.

As I go into the new year, I keep thanking myself for picking this community 💙 I’ve felt so welcome & so peaceful here. I recommend it to everyone I know & it’s by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in 💜 great staff, great amenities & all around a great community! 100/10!!

My husband and I have been living here for 3+ years now only recently has this place become a real bad place to live, so I figured I’d warn you all. It’s not because of the tenants it’s because of the properties employees. My husband is hearing impaired and we have a legit handicap tag, yes very rarely I forget to hang it so yes sometimes I’d get a ticket or something from the community handicap service but for some reason this morning the property manager hired a tow truck to try and tow my car. Not the only issue or tenant that has had issue with the property’s employees. I thought I’d give a little update on how it’s going. A few months ago we requested that our cabinets be redone again because they were not repaired properly. Paint and sawdust keep falling into our pots and pans. When

I am giving 5 stars to Ms. Heather that works in the office. We have only just moved in, but Ms. Heather made us WANT to! She was so kind, accommodating, and patient. As for the facility itself, we have yet to find anything wrong or sub-par than what we expected. Everyone in the community has been friendly and welcoming. Our apartment is spacious and affordable! The ONLY thing I wish is that the laundry units took change as well as card. Other than that, we have been happy!
