Now it’s one star for you. Hope it feels good to publicly attack me when I chose to leave today out of it. Just wasn’t going to grin through another conversation with you or your office and do nothing about the bad taste it always leaves in my mouth. I HAD given you two stars for more than just today’s encounter. I’ve been here almost 2 years and I hate it here. And I don’t feel it’s my responsibility to educate the public on the thousands of reasons I feel they shouldn’t rent here but thanks for giving them a little preview of the kind of person you are. I just hoped that when enough people give you the ratings you really deserve, instead of take your defensive and arrogant attitude with a smile, then nothing more really needs to be said. I rented for a year through Broadmoor and when it was time to move again, I wanted to rent another unit Kathy managed. She’s such a nice lady and did all she could to make my roommate and I comfortable, as well as find the perfect house for us to live in (which we did)!! Maintanence requests were always completed quickly. Unfortunately, I don’t rent a place owned by broadmoor anymore but Kathy vouched for me to another property owner she knew and I’m so happy in my new place! It was a great experience to rent from broadmoor and I would gladly rent from them again. I love Kathy and I’ll miss her!

(Woodland Apartments) I was a first time renter, and Kathy made the process as easy as possible. The neighborhood is very quiet. You rarely see your neighbors. Anytime I needed anything fixed in my apartment, they were fixed that same day I called. They always up-kept the yards. They never enter your apartment without them letting you know;meaning if you’ve called about needing something fixed and you’re not home, they’ll call and ask if you prefer being home, or if you’re okay with someone entering while you’re gone? They’re understanding people. It’s a mixture of younger and older, all ethnicities. There are dogs and cats(house). I have a four year old, and I’ve never seen any other kids other than one that looked about eight or nine.. So there are no kids running around playing EVER. I

My first contact with Broadmoor Property Management (BPM) was when I asked them to give me and my roommate a tour of the property and an available unit which was swiftly arranged. The communication was comprehensive and the unit was totally renovated. Everything was good and we literally could not find anything to complain about. Now I have been a resident for about a year. There are quarterly maintenances and pest controls with active management of the parking space. The maintenance requests by the residents are often taken care of very fast and the whole community is peaceful. When something requires more attention from the tenants, they'll be notified by the management so it could be resolved (e.g., cleanness of the laundromat and car park arrangement). Broadmoor Property Management is despicable, to say the least. This company has essentially stolen money from me and my roomates. This company does not communicate effectively, as we did a year of business with them and they did not have any problems with us as tenants. This company refused us of a final walkthrough, and proceeded to charge us over $1,500 worth of "damages," over 7 days after we moved out of the rental home. This company failed to return phone calls and emails, concerning the matter, and refused to meet in person. The management is run by someone who is incompetent, has a condesening attitude, and does not care for their tenants.
