Bristol Square

I recently moved from out of state and the stress that brings can be very overwhelming. What makes it so easy and stress free is when you get to work with property management staff like Jayne and Kylesha. Not only were these two very friendly and understanding, they went above and beyond with their help! They made my move and move in process seamless and effortless. I cannot thank these two enough for their knowledge, professionalism and friendly nature. It really shows how much a leasing staff care about their residents when you get to work with such wonderful staff like Bristol’s team!

Not going to lie but this was my very first apartment that I moved into when I was 18 it was my first home. I’m now 27 the area was so nice it wasn’t ghetto or a rough neighborhood to live in like it some areas in this town never have I had issues with neighbors or neighbors complaining about music I also loved the fact that I had the mail boxes and the laundry room Soo close to me but the fact that what I went thru in apartment 103 was insane it was ridiculous like too many roaches in the apartment was unbelievable it felt like nothing was being done not saying names but I also remember paying in money orders and the staff seemed to be unhappy with me paying in MO but anyways that was 7 years ago and honestly who knows they probably got better and things probably changed over the years th

I called more than two times and no answer I went to the leasing office 2 times it say close. I talked to one of the resident she tell me that they have roaches and bed bugs... my friend used to live here he tell me the samething about bugs. Maybe I wanted to give a shot to rent here but I guess I was wrong so disappointed no answer no one in the office 2 people say they have roaches. Guess I can look somewhere else maybe airlan arms. So difficult

Jayne ya ish was very helpful, she was friendly and made this experience so much more easier then anyone before I’m so grateful for her helping me get through a rough time and helping me get into into our place for safety and comfort. She really is amazing give me peace of mind .

We have tried to tour an apartment three separate times via appointment. The first time, the apartment wasn't even available to tour. If there isn't an apartment available to tour, then why let people schedule for a tour? So we rescheduled for the day they said the apartment would be empty AND ready for viewing. Morning of the apointment, we get a call from them saying the apartment isn't ready yet due to construction and cleanup, so we rescheduled once more, this time for a few days after they say it'll be ready. We show up to tour the apartment and no one is there. We were unable to tour the apartment. At the very least they called us ahead of time for the second appointment, and in the few instances that we have spoken with someone, they've been polite and respectful. If they weren't s
