Brighton Place

There are always people working on their cars despite what the lease says. I wouldn't mind if it was only their car, but there is literally illegal mechanic shops throughout the complex. There are some apartments that have multiple families and they leave trash and lawnmowers laying around. I have asked property management for over a year to resolve this, so now I leave my review. This apartment complex has gotten worse from year to year so I would not recommend living here.

We had wonderful staff experiences but when it came time to move out, DO NOT BOTHER CLEANING. They will charge you a fee regardless and they are not kind about it. The clubhouse would be nice if all of the pool balls and sticks were usable. Spring was incredible to work with but I cannot reiterate how much you should not waste your time or energy cleaning when you will not even get 20% of your deposit back.

This apartment complex is absolutely terrible! Management and maintenance is terrible to work with. They do not let you know when they need to come into your unit unless it's for the mandatory inspections. They will tell you they will work on something that is broken on a specific day and then they don't show up that day and come days to weeks later. They ask that you always lock your pets up for maintenance requests or if they have to come into your unit for any reason which is completely understandable, but they don't give you dates or times or anything. So you will have your pets locked up in the bathroom for multiple days on end unless you are home. When you call to complain about it they say they'll be out to fix it. Great property! The office staff is amazing to work with. Spring and Emma got me into an apartment that was perfect for me! Highly recommend:)

Don't go here they are not helpful at all they dont care to help all they want is money they told us we would be approved after asking them to cancel our application. And then told us not to worry that we would be approved 😒 we told them we where struggling as is already they have no Communication and now they are asking for a 3400 dollar deposit and our a cosigner with perfect credit score like where are we going to get this management is the worst. I have everything recorded and they still don't want to help us
