Bridle Run New Homes in Louisville by Fischer Homes

After approval of this project, the builder assured me that they would be "good neighbors" to those of us already living here. Actions speak louder than words, and Fischer homes has demonstrated that they are not respectful of homes and neighbors who have been in the area many years prior to their development. They have destroyed the tree canopy in the area behind my home and are essentially building a home in my backyard, literal paces from my back door. They have changed plans multiple times without notifying neighbors as a courtesy, which hasn't allowed existing homeowners, including myself, to plan accordingly to decide if they want to move or not. Good neighbors... what a joke.

It is my first home, everyone will have dreams about their first home. I have very terrible experience with Fischer. First of all it took more than 1 year to construct home, after finishing there are so many issues. Whoever is planning to take new home be careful while signing the checklist/walkthrough . They will tell will take care of issue after some time. Once you sign, they won’t respond to calls emails or anything. I have grading issue in my back yard, lot of water is being standing there. I have been following up, not even one is responding. I would not recommend Fischer to any one and have worst experience.

Terrible experience with them. Had to back out from these folks.. Good I did that, instead of getting in there and regret forever. Such a poor quality and their build engineers are next level. :) You cannot find anywhere.. One star just to submit this review.

Good builder but disappointed in our design center meeting. Design center representative was not professional and lack of knowledge.

Great location and good quality homes and ample upgrade choices. Reasonable rates for getting what you are looking for.
