My husband and I have been living here for 10 years now! The staff and maintenance crew is really great! They do whatever they can to help you. As far as our ground's keeper; he does the very best he can, even with health issues, I praise him immensely! We take great pride in our complex and make sure that we keep it clean and safe as possible. Thank you, Bridgewood office and staff!

I've lived here a couple of times, and use to recommend living here to others. It use to be my favorite place to live, But for the price they are charging now not worth it anymore whatsoever! First day cleaners needed longer, yet it was still disgusting when i moved in! Its like they didnt clean it at all! Never replaced my doors that were broken underneath that i asked for before i moved in, they said they had to order it but within months still never got done. Pool is rarely clean!!! Its green a lot and smells like too many chemicals. Closed more than its open. I do not recommend! Maintenance is the worst, he cannot fix leaking sinks, as mine leaked multiple times, and when i had mold / mildew in my AC unit HE BLEW IT OUT ONTO MY NEW CHAIR. cleaning sucks in the shared hallways. i lived at bridgewood from 2017-2021. neighbors were very friendly & so was the management team! over the years, only a few issues occurred like my heat stopped working and my wall AC quit blowing cold air, they replaced/fixed both immediately. in 2021 i asked for a mutual termination on my lease, not only did they grant me my termination but they also gave me back my ENTIRE DEPOSIT!!!! i was shocked, they really helped me tremendously when i had to move. thank you for everything!!!

No one ever expects our kitchen apartment ceiling debris to fall down. It's absolutely terrifying, especially when we are cooking in the place you feel most safe. Furthermore, property management took inspection of the kitchen ceiling and shower wall about 6 months ago. No one repairs. I have been living here for almost 7 years. I have already communicated my complaint to the property manager and verbally complained a couple times when I paid a monthly bill. At one point, they told me they had a shortage of maintenance but no action has been taken for a final and permanent solution. It's very disappointing the way they treat us.

Don’t bother applying here, they charge $200 deposit for each applicant. No problem right? If you get denied, they send it back by check 2 weeks later Apply anywhere else, this company is a waste of time
