Bridgeport Manor Apartments

I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. I've had issues since I moved in. 1. They lied about the amount I would have to pay for my first month's rent. 2. I made maintenance requests my first week here in November and NOTHING has been fixed. 3. l received a 3 day eviction for "hosting trespasser" when I was never made aware in writing or verbally that anyone was banned or could not come back to the property. I left the property and they still are trying to charge me for the month of February. I will be moving forward with an attorney soon. Again I would NOT recommend anyone to move here.

I was given an eviction notice on January 27, 2026 stating that I have 3 days to leave the unit due to “hosting a trespasser”. Mind you I was never told by anyone- not even the police that anyone was banned from the property. I didn’t receive a notice. I wasn’t even called to the office. They literally made me and my 5 year old leave in the snow. Then when I left I was approved for another apartment immediately and they called that complex and basically lied stating that I was hosting a fugitive…another lie. I have been gone from the unit since January 29, 2026 and I was supposed to be gone by the 30th. I’m not understanding why I’m being charged for February rent. I have been trying to contact them via email, phone, and even text and I get no response. I wouldn’t recommend these unless yo

It was cool when I first moved in but now that's garbage everywhere racoon roaming everywhere mail room not care for mil left everywhere I called the post office Marshall I have open a complaint. Look the pictures I took on a daily at the mail room

This place is fabulous all questions were answered in timely manner price is very affordable apartments are very spacious no noise office staff is amazing great area I have no complaints plus no undesirables I'm super happy to call this place home
