Brian Maecker and his Team are amazing. I acquired a home that was located in Colorado Springs and I was 3 hrs away, the home was also a hoarders situation, rodent issues etc....When I first started to consider listing the house I was concearned about issues with having snow removal handled in the Winter, other misc. repairs, maintenance as well as the clean up of the property. I wasn't able to actually list the house until a tenant was out of the house in May 2025. Brian told me from the begining he has 40 yrs experience and he has sub-contractors to handle all of those issues as they arise. He and his team were very professional and they did handle every aspect of coordinating and taking bids to hire pest control and the Junk Removal company for clean up of the property to prepare it

My review is 5 stars solely based on Ray. He kept what was in our best interest at the forefront of all of his findings when searching for homes for us. He went above and beyond the last three weeks to try to get us what we were looking for. When he knew it couldn’t be done he referred us out to someone closer to where we were looking without any hesitation. He truly loves his clients and we couldn’t be more thankful for him through such a stressful process. As far as the team themselves we didn’t really have the privilege to work with them however I do not suggest the lender they recommended. Very aggressive man who turned on us quickly when things didn’t go as he wanted. He told us we will be homeless and even threatened us with closing dates to try to get us to put an offer in. However
