Customer Reviews
Sorry if this comes off as rude! 2 years living at Breton. Recently moved to a new unit/ there was suppose to be a giftcard gift for new rentals..that was never received. housing Cost went up for whatever reason when they had a lot of empty units? (including laundry, however they didn’t update machines) we (the tenants) haven’t been able to park in a parking spot for about 6-7 months ,so prepare to park on a fully loaded street ( I assume is included in cost of rent) because of construction on emergency fire escape stairs. There wasn’t mention of compensation/ theres been pretty consistent management turnover. the location is helpful, I guess (amid the endless construction, out of their control) it’s “Alright”. Beautiful space..friendly neighbors. Tim is amazing, on site, Leah, at the off
I love the building, Good interiors, and the neighbors..awesome, I understand old apartments come with charm and old appliances which is cool for me, However, sorry if this sounds rude but I’m having a very hard time recommending this place. there’s a lot that disappointed about living here. break ins, pests, rodents, amenities, lease problems, inconsistency of relaying information about “what’s happening” in the building, from management/sharing information - on an app, (sometimes works),phone call/email, letter.. so you have to pay attention! biggest ick is the price.. for what’s happened (there’s new management, so I’m doing my best remaining optimistic & hopeful) rent just went up. biggest take away, location, it’s Close enough to DT and grocery stores, good for students.close to cam
Really felt like home. Only downside: there was a break in a month ago, and they went into various units and broke into the storage lockers. Management handled it well, and I don't think the situation was avoidable on their part. We have lived here for two years. Have dealt with water damage from unit above as well as various crime incidents on the surrounding streets, which is to be expected near a college campus.
