The new maintenance gentleman Eric at Brentlinger park place is very professional and top notch! He is always making sure your repairs are completed in a quick time and does the job very professional, especially when it come to cleaning up after himself. If you ever need repairs make sure to get ahold of Eric!! We are very impressed with him.

I used to enjoy living here. It was a quiet community and property management was amazing. Outside of the couple car break ins and the shooting incident, it really was a great place to live. Until December 2025 when NWS properties took over. It truly has been a nightmare for me. The new property manager BARELY responds to emails, the transition from PMR companies felt hostile, and tenant issues are not resolved. I've sent several emails over the last few weeks and only received a response recently when mentioning an attorney. It almost feels discriminatory. If you live at Brentlinger Park Apartments (40291), do yourself a favor and ask for Eric if you ever need a repair. I had a laundry list of issues in my kitchen—a mini-split that was having some issues working, several dead outlet plugs, and a kitchen sink facet that was giving me trouble. Eric showed up exactly on time and was incredibly professional and friendly from the start. What really sets him apart is his level of expertise. He mentioned he has years of experience as both a plumber/electrician and it definitely showed. He diagnosed and fixed all the electrical and plumbing issues quickly and correctly the first time. Someone had their car cut into and almost stolen at 4am this morning. There are 4-5 officers onsite. Yet, officers offsite responded. Civilians intervened and prevented the car from getting stolen. As high as rent is in this place, proper safety protocols should be in place. Parking lots should be monitored at all times. There should also be enough garages for everyone at a reasonable price. ***updating in response of property management.
