As a property manager for a rental that I lived in for nearly 5 years as a loyal and trustworthy tenant, I can confidently say, Brenda is a fraud and scammer. She has proven to only care about those that she’s making a direct profit from- home buyers. As for a tenants, my experience was very poor. She submitted fraudulent paperwork upon our move out citing cleaning services which were invoiced well before our move out date, so there is no substantial evidence of services needing to be rendered. She bypassed my sign off on the dispersement of my security deposit and refused to communicate thereafter - that’s because she’s guilty of fraud and guilty people hide.
