Braunwood at Town Creek

Currently in the process of renting a single family home here at Braunwood and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brendan! He is absolutely incredible. He has gone above and beyond since we first reached out to the leasing office. He is so personable, accommodating, and has made this process thus far an absolute breeze. Michelle was also very incredible, she answered all of our questions when touring the homes and really took all the stress out of our decision. I would absolutely recommended this community to anyone who is looking for a new home!

I’ve truly enjoyed living at Braunwood at Town Creek. The energy in the office is always great—from the leasing team to the assistant, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and professional. Anytime I’ve needed help, especially with small maintenance issues in my apartment, the response has been quick and handled with urgency, which I really appreciate. It’s been a positive experience overall, and I definitely recommend Braunwood at Town Creek to anyone looking for a place that feels supportive and well-managed.

Brendan gave me a tour of Braunwood at Towncreek. I viewed a few different layouts on this beautiful property and I instantly felt at home in the three bedroom! The leasing office has been tremendously helpful and welcoming. The property itself is a dream!

I was the first resident to move into the community. While there were some initial growing pains, which are to be expected in a new build, Tjwana and Alexis in the leasing center and Kasey from the maintenance department rose to the occasion and made things right. They are all fantastic. It is a beautiful community, in a lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend.
