Braunfels Haus Apartments

Ive lived here almost a year and just love my apartment, everyone in the office, the area, and the beautiful deer I get to see each morning and night. Very peaceful and the owner and staff are always here to listen and help if theres and issue. Grounds are taken care of, maintenance requests fulfilled same day usually...we need more places to care about their tenants like Braunfels Haus Apartments do. They treat us like people with compassion and empathy vs seeing us as a dollar sign.

This is a great place to live. Management believes in helping people out. Maintenance is top tier. If your looking good for a community that is quiet without criminal activity, then this is the place for you. This is a no tolerance complex that has been in the area for many years. This place is close to all the fun activities, all the events, all the rivers, and down town. This place feels like your living in a summer vacation. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely top notch! A very satisfying resolution after unlocking several different rooms/ doors.. everything tied back in and it took all different types of problem-solving to get it. Very aesthetically designed! The owner is committed and went out of his way by extending his hours on the fly to ensure we had a blast!

I’m really enjoying the complex and the environment, very calm and cozy. Sylvia and other office attendants have been so kind and helpful through this stressful process. Thank you!!! My partner and I couldn’t be more appreciative! The apartment is updated, spacious and well equipped, and the back balcony view is beautiful. Very excited for the pool to get up and running, it looks awesome.

I live in the 2 bed 1 Bath it's spacious,quiet & I have never had no problems with maintenance or anything needing to be fixed. Office staff(Jackie) is professional and courteous. I'm planing on moving into the larger 2 bedroom after my lease. These apartments are affordable especially for the size and location in New Braunfels. The Pool is great! Overall I've never had yet a bad experience.
