I have enjoyed my experience thus far, Catie & Angelica were very friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure I recieved the price that was quoted and I really appreciate that. Thanks ladies. I had 1 minor repair when I moved in and it was taken care of immediately. Thanks Danny! Great worker for the maintenance crew. VERY PLEASED & GRATEFUL.

My husband and I very much appreciate the maintenance staff at Brandemere. They are very prompt to fix problems and fix things well the first time. They are also kind and respectful. The maintenance staff is one of our favorite parts of living in Brandemere.

So awesome the staff is super friendly and understanding I would highly recommend looking at this property and make sure to ask Angelica for help and the other staff it’s super quiet over there I have no complaints and I’ve only been there a month

Went for a tour at this place and the lady who showed me around was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had (which was a lot ngl) she was also funny which helped ease my anxiety. Plus her and my aunt have the same name, (Katherine) which dosnt mean anything in terms of the review, but I thought it was cool.
