The flooring and the layout of the house are outstanding. The quality and workmanship is unbelievably professional, and it really makes the house a home. A++

After 14 months my vinyl siding is buckling. I reached out to customer care and was told my one year warranty was up. I understand a one year warranty on certain things but not on something like this. The siding shouldn't be buckling after only 14 months! Now it's up to me to pay to have it replaced or pair. They didn't even offer to send someone out to look at it. What if it was installed incorrectly. Just like a piece of concrete from my garage is uneven. They said it shouldn't be like that but did nothing to fix it.

My wife and I Recently relocated to the area from out of state and Centex was able to provide ample inventory for our quick move in time short time frame allotted that worked out perfectly. Ryan and Alena were wonderful to work with. Both made the process less stressful and were always available for communication when we needed it.
