Can’t say enough nice things about the staff here. I moved back in April, and have been happy with my decision. The office staff is super helpful, and friendly. Big shout out to the maintenance team, Nate and Sam for mounting my TV. Totally Makes the room feel so much bigger!I haven’t lived in an Apartment for over a decade, but would choose Bradford over the crappy rental house I had when I first Moved back to Louisville, EVERY DARN DAY!’Thanks again Nate & Sam, Tv Looks great.

Clean and has great gym and community space and pool. Dog parents are often chatting after work and hanging out. Nice leasing office staff.

The best management I have ever had at an apartment complex. They are so reliable and always there to help you out. The maintenance team is also just as awesome!! You can always count on them

Great place to live :) everyone is very friendly. The community rooms are clean and nice. I love being able to play games with friends in the community rooms.

I absolutely love this place! Not only has it brought life back to an old building, but it seriously is so beautiful. Amenities are amazing. They host fun pop ups on occasion and are always adding new things to the property (like the new climbing wall) Things are well taken care of, clean, and staff is so kind and responsive! They go above and beyond!!
