I am currently a resident at Brackenbrook, and overall this is a quiet and comfortable community. I enjoy living here and I take good care of my home, my pets, and my belongings. Unfortunately, I recently had an issue that was handled very poorly. After tree trimming work was done near my parking area, I discovered new damage on my car. I reported it immediately to the office, provided photos and screenshots, and followed every step they requested. Despite being cooperative and patient, I never received a clear answer or any support from management. Communication stopped, the case was left unresolved, and I felt completely on my own even after doing everything correctly. It is disappointing to see that when a resident really needs help with a serious situation, there is no follow-throug

Ever Since Ginkgo took over this place has gone down hill in customer service. We have tried calling the office multiple times and keep getting disconnected when we select an option this has happen multiple days as well. Ever since Darby sold this place has gone down hill. they are more focus on making it look 'luxury' than anything. It seems like they no longer care about their residence. Now its Image and money.

I lived in Brackenbrook apartments for a little over a year it has been quite clean And I've never had a problem with crime the playground's nice the gym aint all that but it works, And I must pay my respects To miss Robin This woman will bind over backwards to help you get approved even if she can't get you a place there she will show you the right direction to go in, I know if I need to move in that area I'll definitely look up miss Robin

Imagine being 7 months pregnant and 5 days before closing on your home, you get informed from your mortgage lender (never from the apartment you rented from) that a 30 day late fee was applied to your renter history so you can't close on your home but it can be removed by the property manager. Just to get the run arounds because LaShea and Lisa have no communication amongst each other and to be told thats not possible (more so not willing to do it) I informed them May 19th verbally I was putting my 30 days in. I returned on May 28 asking when do I pay and was told "You don't pay anything until you turn your keys in" never was the words prorated used but as Lisa said I don't have anything stating that to be true just "word of mouth" I stayed in the apartment for 19 days getting charged $3.0

They changed our locks before our move out day because our furniture was already out. We planned to come back and do a final cleaning but they threw away our cleaning supplies and told us not to worry about it. They also said we would receive a statement for our last rent bill since it would be prorated. Well instead of that - they sent us one bill with both our rent change and late fee (despite the fact we never received a regular bill) and an excessively dirty bathroom cleaning fee when they told us it was fine. We tried getting this sorted out with the property manager Lisa but she never would return my boyfriend’s calls. Then they sent the bill to collections and tanked my boyfriend’s credit. Absolutely ridiculous and unethical behaviour. Get anything they say to you in writing and go
