I recommended my brother to move in to Nexus Luxury apartments when he was returning from deployment a year ago. He immediately loved everything about it. Until it came time for him to transfer and they are now trying to scam him out of money for a 30 day notice. We have documented proof that a notice was submitted back in July. He physically went into the office to tell them to extend it a month due to his military orders changing and now they're saying he never told them anything because the 1st notice was in writing and the 2nd was in person when he physically went in to the office and spoke with Kennisha to change his move out to the end of September instead. Now they're saying no notice was given, yet and still, when it came time for him to move at the end of September he called again

I am noticing a trend with these companies building brand new apartments, but will use cheap materials to build these homes. The walls and ceilings are thin, and tenants cannot get any peace and tranquility in a unit they pay thousands of dollars for. Either figure out a way to make the units soundproof or lower your rent. Quit scamming hard-working citizens who probably can't afford to put a down payment on a home into living in low-quality apartment units.

Trash property management company, do yourself a favor and pick somewhere better to spend your hard earned money. These deposit stealers pretend to actually care until the lease is up and you decide not to re-sign. Then you’re just another cash cow.

My mother lives in Chesapeake crossing. While my mother loved her final days and was so proud and happy to have her own place. My mother unfortunately passed 6 days after she moved into her apartment. She paid a deposit plus 1st months rent. They consider her passing as a lease break and are keeping all the deposit money which is $1500. No sympathy, Complete and total disregard for the suffering families. Heartless.

As far as changes for the better goes, you've come a LONG WAY baby. Yes,this real estate company really made the grade when it comes to broadening the potential use of prime property: Adapting to the changes in demand and inadvertently helping to improve the overall characteristics of the neighborhood,knowing that the credentials of all new commercial and residential tenants will have to be ranked accountable.
