I have lived here for almost 2 years and I recently transferred from my studio apartment to a one bedroom and it is fantastic. Incredible views and such an awesome location. The new property manager, Kelsey, has been so helpful from the get go. Working with her has been easy and she is following through on her word. I had a few phone calls with her, and she addressed my concerns and even followed up and called me back, which was so appreciated. I just stopped by the office this morning to finalize my deposit and she made the process so simple. Not only is she friendly and compassionate, but she is knowledgeable about the property. I never post this sort of thing, but I would NOT rent here no matter what. I moved out last summer, and I have creditors coming after me that I cannot get to stop asking for $480 that they say i owed to GB despite getting $480 back on my deposit. They admitted to making an accounting error and marked me as owing money and never notified me because I didn't owe anything and just sent creditors after me. I also had a maintance request for fixing my dishwasher for 4-6 months before finally just leaving. Also there are two washing machines in the whole buidling which does not suffice. People who lived there were very nice, but management can't get it together.

Moved to Boulder Crescent Apartments in Colorado Springs three months ago from Orlando, FL. Management and Maintenance Team are very professional and respond to all requests in a timely manner. Residents are very friendly and the location is awesome! I have a two bedroom apartment that faces a park and the beautiful mountains. You will be within walking distance to downtown shopping, various restaurants, parks, and the YMCA for indoor classes. If you are a hiker, biker, roller blader, or just love to be outdoors walking in the clean fresh air, this is the place you need to consider. Also, this is a very dog friendly neighborhood.

Management has made tremendous improvements since hiring a new team in the spring this year 2022. The property is kept very clean. Attention to detail is made everywhere from the front gate to the pool. Pool looks crystal clear and is cleaned and tested daily. Office communicates when maintenance is performed. Heat is restored within 24 hours of alerting maintenance. Elevator has never been broken down. New security system installed recently. Flowers planted. Lights replaced regularly.

The management was awesome here. I lived only 6 months in an end unit and both my girlfriend and I miss the apartment. We had the smallest type of unit and that was cozy for two of us. Alyssa was our landlord and she was great. Always helpful and military friendly. The interior carpets are new. The kitchen was beautiful and updated. The bathroom was also updated. I always look for bathroom and kitchen. Comcast is easily connected. The patios were nice and had a great sunset view but we didn't use it much for anything other than storage. We only had MINOR maintenance issues like a dripping faucet or light bulbs and those were always fixed within 24 hours. Yes it's near the soup kitchen but with the gated access we were never bothered. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Hopefully
