Never can pickup the phone, ghost town.
BUYER BEWARE OF 28 NICHOLS AVE, SHELTON!!!!!!! My husband and I put an offer in on the house for 10K OVER ASKING with seller and listing agent Angelo Dirubba, underwent the inspection only to find a plethora of things not up to code and didn’t pass inspection. When we sent our list of negotiations to Mr. Dirubba, he took DAYS to get back to us only to turn around and tell us he would NOT concede to any of our requests and that he wanted us to sign a mutual termination agreement. Not only did he then put the house back on the market, but he INCREASED THE PRICE WITH THE SAME UNDERLYING PROBLEMS. This man is unethical, unprofessional and should should have his real estate license REVOKED. List of problems to the house which include: FIRST AND FOREMOST THERE ARE ABANDONED OIL LINES FOR AN UND
I think Mr Botti isn't just around for the money. He undertook my tiny interest seriously.
Decent for a small town agency. Often overshadowed by the big names these days.
This reality is trash dont reccomend nobody to buy property there
